Coral IPx Office: 6 - 1000 users. The Coral IPx Office is Tadiran's pure IP PBX solution. It is a complete IP office communication solution in one small box, for simple, flexible converged communications with sophisticated call handling, firewall protection, VPN (Virtual Private Network) and NAT ((Network Address Translators) support, and optional unified messaging. It offers an extensive range of IP functionality and user benefits such as a built-in data switch optional internet router and a large selection of gateways to legacy connections. The Coral IPx can also be networked, giving branch offices the same communication services enjoyed by the head office.

Product Highlights

Coral IPx: 100 - unlimited users. Tadiran's award-winning family of Coral® IP PBXs offer a range of telephony solutions that facilitate a seamless move to VoIP (Voice Over IP), with no loss to investment in legacy systems or the need for extensive retaining. The Coral IPx family includes a breadth of products that combine leading edge VoIP capabilities, voicemail, Conference Bridge and cell phone integration, allowing cell phones to act as extensions to the system. Each model can be used as a VoIP telephony server with gateway and digital telephone options. The Coral IPx family offers the best total cost of ownership, backed by superb voice quality, easy installation and maintenance, secured communications, and a wide choice of user devices to support tele-workers, corporate and branch offices, and road warriors.

Telephone Range. Available in several models with a wide range of features and options, FlexSets are true information terminals offering versatility and flexibility. From 6 to as many as 18 user-defined buttons give users virtually unlimited power to define individual preferences. The optional liquid crystal display presents caller and calling-party information, and when using a FlexSet with soft-keys, the display changes to show applicable options for one-touch activation. The hot-dial keypad and hands free speaker permit fast on-hook dialing, and the highly visible message waiting indicator announces new messages.

The advanced Coral FlexSet-IP phone enables remote and home offices to access all the Coral features and functionality at corporate headquarters. A simple RJ45 connection to any LAN or WAN means no more complex changes when moving premises or moving employees; just unplug the Coral FlexSet-IP and reconnect it in its new location.

The latest in Tadiran's range of advanced telephones, the T200 Series offers reliable standalone IP telephones with full functionality and excellent voice quality. Basic features include multiple calls and multiple line appearance, caller ID, speed dial and call blocking, while clear LCD display and programmable keys ensure optimal ease of use. The T200 phones also include an RTP encryption feature and support Power over Ethernet (PoE) and an expansion key module.

The T200 phones can be converted from SIP to MGCP and vice versa by downloading firmware. As SIP phones, they offer all basic SIP functions such as hold, transfer and 3-way calling, plus BLF status and speed-dial keys, and provide further features via access codes. As MGCP, they support virtually all PABX features.

Mobility. Mobility applications. Tadiran's FlexiCallTM, FreedomTM and FlexAirTM applications enable employees to be reached through one number, making it easy for them to receive important calls and timely messages. With FlexiCall, your landline and mobile phone ring simultaneously, allowing employees to never miss a call. And once they get the call, they stay in control of it with the ability to transfer the call into the office, or page someone, from their mobile phone. FlexAir allows full mobility within the office building or campus using DECT wireless, while avoiding airtime costs. With Freedom, businesses can provide access to internal system services - outgoing trunk access, voicemail, conferencing and internal calls - to remote and cellular phones. Employees dial into their own phone number and access all their user-defined system capabilities, enabling them to take advantage of lower corporate GSM gateway tariffs.

Navigator. Coral Navigator provides you with an intuitive, Outlook-like interface for getting the most out of your Coral system. Navigator allows you to activate telephony features directly from your computer, including making/retrieving calls, establishing conference calls, Video Conference calls, sending emails, instant messages and sending SMS text messages to another user's T200's display. Navigator also allows you to manage inbound communications via rules, profiles, and buddy lists, view the current availability/busy status (presence) of other users, and create and store internal and external contact lists.

Voice Mail - Unified Messaging - ACD. Unified Messaging systems that consolidate voice messages, emails and faxes into a convenient Microsoft Windows® browser-based platform. Tadiran's Unified Messaging Systems are designed specially for the telephone system, offering the most seamless integrations. The systems fit into the telephone chassis, requiring no external resources. SeaMail dramatically improves communications by providing a single access point for voice, fax and email messages. Tightly integrated with the Coral Sea Softswitch, SeaMail provides fast, accurate message notification and retrieval, and an optional network feature that enables users to access voicemail/email/fax through Web browser application.

Composit Contact Centre. Tadiran's CompositTM Contact Center is a comprehensive suite of real-time, IP multimedia customer interaction management solutions. Its scalable and modular system combines IVR, Dialer, CTI, queue management, Intelligent Interaction Routing and multimedia management - all on a single, distributed platform. Composit's distributed architecture allows multiple Composit servers to tie together and work as one single system, so agents across different servers can connect and share data, and businesses can expand the number of agents and IVR ports, conduct automatic load balancing and disaster recovery.
