Connectivity

Site connectivity is crucial to ensuring the quality of business calls and we insist on customers using our own high quality LLU and PAB connectivity dedicated to voice. This avoids the problems associated with attempting to use a standard ADSL line to carry several concurrent calls.

Club calculate the size of the connectivity required and provision this in 15-20 days, for a one off set up charge followed by monthly payments. The minimum contract term is 12 months.

As well as managed Broadband services for Voice traffic, Club has a Broadband Service designed specifically for Internet and Data traffic use. The service is aimed purely at Business to Business and is efficiently managed through the Club Service Manager.
