Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)

Club supply a range of non-proprietary hardware and software, validated for use on our network and based on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). We are constantly testing new devices to provide the ultimate in choice for the end user. The models currently validate by Club are:

• Hard Phones: Polycom

• Soft phones: Teleware

• Analogue Terminal Adaptors (ATA): Linksys

• PBX Gateways: Vegastream

• Managed Routers/POE LAN Switches: Linksys, Edgemarc and Billion

Products are pre-programmed by Club before supply and are available either to purchase or to rent through the IP Rental package.

Numbering & Porting

Club offers a porting service for either individual or complete DDI ranges of numbers onto the Club Network, which is an ideal solution for customers wishing to retain their number after a move from one area to another. BT do not always offer this service.

One number is provided per user, however more numbers within the same range can be reserved for future growth for a monthly fee.

Club also provides new geographic or non-geographic numbers. Clubs Non Geographic services (NGN) include revenue generating 08XX ranges with full inbound call routing capability. Prices vary depending upon requirements.
