Club Training Services (Accreditation).
Sales
Club holds regular workshops as part of the overall sales training package available to Resellers. We expect Resellers to attend as part of the accreditation process on the portfolio of Club services and products which they wish to promote.
Our practical workshops cover sales positioning, pricing, configuration and objection handling to ensure that the Reseller is best placed to win the sale.
Technical
For technical staff, Club offers training courses covering all of Club’s IPT services including the administration of Club Centrex , IP fundamentals, Networks, CPE configuration and overall management.

Club Service Manager (CSM) Administration
Club runs a mandatory training service for CSM administration, aimed at staff within a Reseller’s organisation. This is to ensure that they have a comprehensive understanding of how to raise and track orders on a day to day basis, as well as manage any supplementary services the Reseller may be using via the CSM eg : Bureau billing.
